Information Security Program Objectives

Husch Blackwell’s Information Security Program is designed to:

• Establish and maintain information security policies that define the controls, standards, and guidelines governing all aspects of security, and that support the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Husch Blackwell’s and its clients’ information, data, and systems.

• Continuously monitor and enhance information security practices to protect sensitive information from unauthorized disclosure, fraud, misappropriation, misuse, sabotage, and evolving cyber threats.

• Protect the integrity and reliability of electronic information systems while preventing damage to or loss of firm operations, data, and client information.

• Assess, report on, and maintain the firm’s security posture in alignment with established policies, risk management objectives, applicable compliance requirements, and recognized industry best practices.
